Shipping & Delivery Policy
This policy outlines how delivery works for orders placed on the Bikilo platform. Our goal is to provide you with clear and transparent information about the delivery process.
1. Our Role & The Vendor's Responsibility
Bikilo is a marketplace that connects you with local vendors (stores, restaurants, etc.). The delivery of your order is managed and carried out directly by the vendor you purchase from, using their own courier services. Bikilo does not handle the physical delivery of goods.
2. Delivery Areas (Zones)
Each vendor on our platform defines their own specific delivery area (zone). You will only be able to see and order from vendors that deliver to your specified address.

4. Receiving Your Order
It is your responsibility to be available at the delivery address to receive your order. If you are not available, the vendor's courier will attempt to contact you. If they are unable to complete the delivery, the vendor's own policy will apply. This may mean your order is left in a safe place, returned to the store, or cancelled without a refund (especially for perishable goods).
5. Issues with Your Delivery
If your order is significantly late or you have any other delivery-related issues, please contact Bikilo customer support. We will act as your point of contact and will liaise with the vendor to get an update and help resolve the issue.
